Roland is a regular contributor to Vogue and Architectural Digest magazine and has worked on many exhibition projects together with architects such as Toyo Ito, Kengo Kuma, Kazuyo Sejima, Jun Aoki, Kenzo Tange, Tadao Ando, Kisho Kurokawa, Hiroshi Hara, Terunobu Fujimori and many others. Author of the much-acclaimed “20 Japanese Architects”, his books on Japanese architecture have been published in English, Japanese and Chinese.
